Course Overview
 
Majors McGuire Inc provides a Truck-mounted Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) course. This general awareness course teaches participants the general operation and safety procedures while using an MEWP.  Participants will be required to complete a Theory test and have an opportunity to inspect and operate equipment in the practical evaluation portion of the training under the direction of the instructor.  Successful completion of the course requires participants to pass the Theory test and complete the Practical Evaluation. The theory portion of the class typically takes 2.5 to 3.0 hours, depending on class size, interaction and experience levels.  The practical immediately follows the theory portion.
