Majors McGuire Inc provides a Lift Truck Safety course (includes forklift, sit down, stand up, battery, electric, diesel) that is intended to teach operators the principles and procedures behind the safe operation of a lift truck. We cover the basic types of lift trucks and how to operate each type. Participants will have an opportunity to operate a lift truck, and handle loads in the practical portion of the training.  The theory portion of the class typically takes 3.5 to 4.5 hours, depending on class interaction and experience levels.  The practical immediately follows the theory portion.
