Majors McGuire Inc. provides a Chainsaw Safety general awareness course intended to educate participants on the potential hazards and safe work practices associated with chainsaw use to prevent injuries and deaths when operating chainsaws in the workplace. Canadian Standard Association (CSA) standard Z62.1-15 for chainsaws has been referenced in the development of the course. Participants will have an opportunity to handle a chainsaw in the practical portion of the training.
